Factors affecting the cost of a limousine service.

1. Fuel Costs

One of the main factors for price increases over the years.  Even if you book a gas friendly sedan, the final cost will be affected by the price paid at the local pumps.

2. Airport Fees

Companies in Charlotte are required to pay a fee each time they enter and exit an airport.  All vehicles are charged electronically via a transponder upon exiting the limo holding lot at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport.

3. Parking Fees at Events

If you’re planning on taking limo service downtown or to an event with paid parking, your car service rental estimate maybe slightly higher due to the costs incurred while our driver waits for you.  Parking at events such as Carolina Panthers home games, and concerts at venues such as the PNC Bank amphitheater start at about $25.00

5. Prom & Wedding Season

Prom season is the start of the time of the year for limo service providers.  As local Charlotte High School proms get underway, many parents wisely choose to book a service to protect their teens from the risks of the road on their big night.  Similarly, brides are arranging luxury transportation for weddings, the wedding party, and rehearsal dinners.  We offer many different types of vehicles to accommodate your needs for these two important life events.

6. Vehicle Type

Limo transportation options are much more extensive now then ever before.  The most affordable town car service option is the Traditional Sedan.  There are many choices such as the traditional Lincoln Town Car, the Lincoln MKT, and the new Lincoln MKS.  . Luxury SUVs are really popular with smaller groups for nights out and even for Charlotte Airport transfers.  We offer the Chevrolet Suburban and GMC Yukon XL SUVs.  Both are  late model vehicles and very nicely appointed.  Passenger Vans are the next size up and are great for accommodating even larger groups.  A Passenger Van came transport up to 10 with luggage, and 14 without luggage.  Rental costs vary due to the fact that the larger vehicles require more gas, and have higher insurance and maintenance costs.
