Can we bring alcohol?
We will start with this one since it is the most frequent question we get. Yes, you can bring your OWN alcohol for your event as long as everyone is 21 or older. For groups where everyone is under 21 the chauffeur will not allow alcohol on board the limousine/sedan/SUV and will terminate the reservation if anyone is caught drinking. Please bear in mind any spills and/or mishaps will result in a automatic clean up fee charged to the card holder.
Where do I meet my driver (Charlotte Airport)?
If you are arriving at the CLT airport, your chauffeur will greet you in the baggage claim area with an identification sign. Your chauffeur will help handle your bags and escort you to your vehicle. For private airports, please provide the tail number of the plane at the time of your reservation. If the desk allows we may be able to pull up right next your private jet.

Do you have proper city & state licensing?
All of our vehicles carry liability insurance along with commercial license plates in accordance with the North Carolina state law. We are permitted at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport and authorized to pick up and drop off in the parking decks as well and the Commercial Bus Lane.
Do we have to pay for the vehicle while we attend a concert?
You still have to pay for the limousine rental time during your event, such as a prom, sporting event, concert or dining out, even though you are not physically using the limousine. Although the limousine is not in use, the limousine cannot be used elsewhere, travel time, the inconvenience of vacuuming the interior, cleaning glassware, and restriction of time makes it impractical to reserve the limousine to another party during this down-time.
