​The 2020 Republican National Convention (RNC) begins Monday, Aug. 24, 2020, and ends Thursday, Aug. 27, 2020.

​The convention will be held at the Spectrum Center, 333 E. Trade St. Events will be held across the Charlotte region in conjunction with the 2020 RNC.

Charlotte is poised to welcome up to 50,000 visitors to our community during the 2020 Republican National Convention including 15,000 national and international journalists showcasing Charlotte on a global stage. Major events like the RNC create meaningful economic impact for our community. The outcome of the 2012 DNC, an impressive $163.6 million, resulted in a historic high for the most positive economic impact ever produced by a single Charlotte event.
